Project Team

The CWQE is a pilot program operating in Lancaster and York counties in 2021-2023 and is funded by the PA Investment Infrastructure Authority, otherwise known as PENNVEST. Land Logics Group (LLG), an environmental consulting firm located in Camp Hill, Pa., was awarded the contract and is the lead consultant in the project.

LLG specializes in applying digital technology solutions to natural resource protection challenges. LLG integrates its 25-plus years of experience in water resource protection, land use planning, public outreach, and stormwater management with its expertise in digital data management to help clients turn data into knowledge. By reshaping approaches to how organizations and agencies collect and look at information, LLG strives for improved outcomes in workflows and program results.

LLG’s subconsultants include PA Rural Water Association (PRWA), GHD, and Krebs Communications.
